With your See Tasmania Smartvisit Card, you will receive FREE Entry to Runnymede.
Overlooking New Town Bay, Runnymede is a stately colonial residence surrounded by delightful grounds. It was built in the 1830s by Robert Pitcairn, a strong advocate for the abolition of convict transportation and the first lawyer to qualify in Tasmania. Carefully restored
|
and maintained by the National Trust, Runnymede is now furnished as a gentleman's residence of the 1840s period.
Runnymede is just one of over 60 attractions that make up the sightseeing pass known as the See Tasmania Smartvisit Card. This smartcard allows you entry and special discounted offers to this attraction and many more. |
